Dealing with a Rage Quit in Training Mode

It is my understanding a player can be booted from a game for idling, but that doesn't seem to be the case when training mode is up and there is no timer. Now 3/4 of us are trapped in a game which we cannot continue nor can we collectively abandon, due to the Rage Quitter leaving and not participating in the abandon, surrender or any other option for which he takes the blame.

Any suggestions?

In training mode there is no penalty for leaving the game. The players who have not quit yet are not trapped, they can quit safely too. (Also, eventually the game will automatically close after a long period of inactivity.)
