I can see my opponent's civil cards now!

To be clear, I love this implementation and I'm happy it's there.

My question is: Is this brand new? Or has it been there the whole time and I just somehow overlooked it all this time? Is there a changelog where we can see changes that are made to games?

A developer has submitted a patch for report https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=12774, that has been deployed today.
