Bonjour,je ne comprends pas, car je reçois des pénalités à chaque fin de partie terminée normalement et l'on m'indique que je l'ai quitté en cours de route alors que non. Chaque jour je descends de plus en plus ?!! merci de m'aider. bonne journée.

If you look at the reputation area of your profile, it will show which games you have been out of time or disconnected. Once you use too much thinking time, any active player can kick you from the game, making you have both the "out of time" and "left a table before it ended" penalties for a game.

As a side note, this should have been put in the "Discussions" forum. This forum is for non-BGA topics. (Yes, it would help if the forum titles were in French as well.)
