Can I use BGA Framework for personnal use ?

Hello all,
I want to develop a boardgame online, in order to play it with my friends when they can't come at my home, and to learn something new

So I made some search about functionnals framework, and I saw that BGA have one.

Can we use BGA framework for some personnal project, that are not related to BGA projects ?

Or all development made with BGA framework should finish on BGA website at the end ?

My goal isn't to publish the game to internet, but keep it for me and my friends (because of the licences, etc).

I want to know it before register to BGA studio.

Sorry, no. If you think about it, I'm sure you'll find quite normal that our development environment is not meant to develop unlicensed games to play with your friends
