Anybody should be able to start a game once the table is full!

This is the only problem I can see with the mechanics of BGA. Sometimes the table is full but the host player is inactive and people stay waiting there for something to happen. I think once a table is full any of the players should be able to start the game. The other thing is with players who do not accept the game start. There should be a quick way to replace them rather than having to wait for them more than 20 seconds or so. What do you think? any chance for any of the moderators to see and reply to this.

I don't really see how either of these would help you. If you make the change you suggest in situation 1, you just end up in situation 2...namely, if the host is inactive and not starting the game right away and you allow someone else to start it then you just end up waiting for the inactive host to accept the game.

In situation 2, this already isn't a real issue because if a player doesn't hit accept you can just kick him out and then try and find another player. There isn't an infinite player base that you can instantaneously expect to find a recplacement, so kicking and waiting for a new player to join is as fast as this is going to work.
