Why can’t I reset colour preferences?

I chose two colour preferences and decided I didn’t want to have them anymore. Then I found that there’s no way to pick ‘no preference’ again (that I could see). I tried changing them to less common colours (khaki green, teal) and I still routinely get yellow or red.

I’ve e-mailed the site about this and heard nothing back (it’s been quite a while).

I’m getting the feeling this is a pretty low-priority problem for the site. For unrelated reasons I deactivated my Premium membership; it’ll be interesting to see if my colour preferences stick even as a free user.

You probably received those colors still because khaki green and teal are not available for all games. I can confirm that color preferences are ignored after expiration of Premium membership.
