Login Issues

Post by dahlquist »

I have been fruitlessly fighting with this issue for nearly a week. I don't get it. It's crazy! While I write security for big companies, but I just can't login, even though I have registered (two accounts), and attempted to use the recover my password option now on the two accounts numerous times for over a week. I even see messages stating you have entered the wrong information too many times.) Anyone able to help me actually fix this issue. Anyone on the inside????

Okay I've tried another 4 time,
1. go to the login pass
2. request password help
3. find the email, click the link
4. enter a new password, see the success message.
5. go back to the login page, enter the username that is associated with the email for which I received.
6. enter the new password that I have just enter, for which I received a success message and I see the message "Opps, we don't recognize your usename or password. don't panic. 9recover me password).

I have started two studio accounts (with two different emails) and I see the same errors.
There is also no other way (that I can see to get the attention of BBA) other than first logging in.. which I am stuck on.. Help

Facing the same issue.
When I registered, I got a welcome to bga studio email. I have verified that the sftp login works.
However, I am just unable to log onto the web interface through my email account or the 10 accounts sent in the welcome email.

I tried the recover password page too and it gives me an error "unknown email", which is obviously incorrect since I have the welcome email with the other logins working. There doesn't seem to be any other way of getting in touch with the back end team who might fix this apart from this forum.
The contact us link at the bottom also takes us to an error page.

PS: the mysql db access also doesn't seem to be working as db.1 prefix for studio URL seems to be returning RTOs to me, but that's a concern for later!

You can write to studio@boardgamearena.com with details to get some help.
Most usual issue with logging in is that the studio login adds a digit after the account (since devs needs several accounts for testing, they are numbered), and sometimes developers don't see in the welcome email that they have to add this final digit.
