Suggestion for Arena (Time and setup)

Hi,

In some games is pretty hard to find opponents depending on the time one set-up.

For example I usually play 1 time every day or 2 days, and in some games no appear players as Northwest Passage.
It doesnt mean that I play 1 turn every day or 2 days, sometimes I play several turns of the same game in a day, it depends of the moment for me.

My suggestion is to remove the preferences of the players and put by default 1 move every day or 2 days, so everyone would have more chances to play in Arena. Also it prevents to repeat the same player, I did 5 games in a row with the same opponent that have more ELO than me and it is frustating and can dicourage everyone to continue playing the game in BGA.


Another suggestion is to change the setup of the game in every Arena so the leaders will be pretty different in every seasons.
For example Race for the Galaxy, one season with base only, another season with Xeno, etc... Same with Carcassonne, K2 and several.
This suggestion is only for those games that have the option. There are other that are impossible so is fine (Battle Sheep, Chess, etc...).

You can change your preferences for each game by clicking the gear icon by each game. This includes game speed and, under advanced options, opponent's rank and the hours you want to play. Forcing the same time limit on everyone won't work. 1 move per 2 days in a 4-player game means that it is entirely likely that a week goes by between my moves. Yes, all players could play faster, but they wouldn't be required to. Many people think they should be.

Um, this is already implemented. Every season will have a different set of options. You should read the arena FAQ.
