Seasons Tournament pure draw

What are the rules if both players (1v1) have the same score and number of cards? Who wins, is it random?

I believe for tournament games, if the game ends in a pure tie (all game tie-breakers are exhausted) then the person with the most remaining thinking time is the winner. I'm not completely certain of that, though.
