People click Play Now! and then go AFK.
Meanwhile other people looking for a game keep getting dragged into servers with them, they don't click start, so you have to cancel the game and restart your search...
At which point you just end up in the same lobby with the AFK person again.
And again.
And again.
There should be a way to exclude people from your game search, even just temporarily, so you don't waste time cycling through the same AFK player over and over and over again.
It also happens that a player will cancel / search / cancel / search over and over and over so you get sucked into a dozen lobbies that cancelled by the same person.
It's irritating.
