Palaces of Carrara - Last Turn Announcement

Is it possible for some developers to make the Last Turn Announcement in the game The Palaces of Carrara much more prominent instead of simply having the announcement buried in the game notes? Perhaps a box that each opponent must click in order to acknowledge that they are aware that it is their last turn??
