Notifications when new message in group

Hello,

I don't know if it is the good forum but I try:

Is it possible to receive a notification when a new message is sent in a group ?
Or maybe when an admin post a message, every member should receive a notification.

Right now, it is not the case... and in one of my group, that our main way of communication... but most of the members didnt saw my message because no notification

I know all messages appears in the welcome page(home page) but I rarely go see this page... so I think i'm not the only one.
