Cannot choose Phase

Hi there,

I am a new player so sorry if I'm getting this wrong. I am currently unable to choose a phase t play in my game.

I am trying to choose Explore , the +1 +1 variation. . I click +1 +1 and the game registers it, but it still says "You must choose a phase to play" . If I try to click +1+1 again it says "You have already selected this phase option"

So, if I've selected it, why am i being asked to still choose a phase?

It sounds like you're playing a 2-player game, and if so, you get to choose 2 different phases per round. You can even choose both Explore phases in the same round, or 2 settle actions etc.

Ah! That makes sense. No idea that was how a 2 player game worked

I've played on the PC app a couple of times, and I don't think you pick 2 there with a 2 player game

Officially, it's a variant for experienced players. But it's a very popular one, most players play this way after only a couple of games. It has always been played this way on BGA.
