How do I start a hotseat game

Hi,

Can someone please explain me where I can set that I want to use hotseat-mode for a game ?
A screenprint would be best for I have already read the FAQ and I really cannot find it

Hotseat is available under the "invite a friend" menu.

Create a table in manual mode.
Before opening the table to others, scroll to the bottom of the joiners area to the "invite a friend" box.
Click on the box, and scroll down to "Hotseat"
