Creating new game tables for others

I get together often with a group of others to play games for the evening. I would like to be able to create a table for a game to be played but not be a player myself. That why I can setup games and control who plays in them, and setup the options, but not have to play in the game myself. So if there is 5 of us, I can setup a 4 player game which the other 4 can join and play but I would sit out.
