Why is my bonus tile still active?

It is my turn. I already used my bonus tile. But it is being presented to me as a valid option to choose for an action.

Why? Is this a bug? Will I collect anything when I choose it? Will this count as passing and let me keep that bonus tile?

I'm quite puzzled about this.

I overcame my doubts and just clicked the bonus tile, the result was quite uneventful: "This Special action has already been used this round"

The action is hidden by a "X" marker -> the action is not available anymore
