Missing translations in the forum

• UTC_OFFSET

• PRIVACY_LINK
• TERMS_LINK

The date format for Hungarian language should be: Y-m-d (PHP date() function)

We use phpbb for the forum. From your feedback I understand that the Hungarian language provided is incomplete. Maybe it will be improved in a future phpbb version.

What version does this forum use? Because the Dutch strings are not translated here either, while they seem to be present in the latest phpBB files: https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/tran ... onorifics/
