Looking to join a crew of people committed to understanding the game and sticking with it. So far with three different crews, we haven't made it past Mission 2 without someone quitting. I think this game can be a lot of fun but struggling to enjoy it here so far. If you're putting a crew together, please feel free to invite me.

Just keep trying and keep joining tables, you'll end up with a good crew eventually.
A lot of the more experienced players will often be hesitant to join tables with beginners, so the more games you play the more likely you are to end up with better players on your table.
