Settings. Huh?

I click on the setting for not playing against high level opponents and it’s not working. I’m a Level One 7 Wonders player against level 300, or 250. I don’t understand what I should do to make the setting work.
What am I doing wrong?

I know the setting for Training works.

In what kind of games did it not work, did you set up a simple table yourself, or were you trying to get in an Arena game?
