When i use the forum, I sometimes replies some DIFFERENT topics.
But the problem is, I CANT reply another topic immediately.
I have to wait some time(idk how long) b4 doing that.
I can understand if I want to reply the SAME topic, I could just modify my message instead of creating a new one.
Yet, its annoying that i cant make a new reply immediately on DIFFERENT topics !
