Add Euchre Please!

I'd love to play Euchre with friends, family and the BGA community, so I'm suggesting it here. It seems easy to develop considering numerous other card games on here. Also, while there are other trick taking games, this might be the only one on the platform (?) played with a partner too, which makes the game really fun. With an open chat for everyone playing each game, as normal, the capacity for partners cheating is pretty limited.
