Distinguishing the "large" meeple from Inns & Cathedrals

A minor thing I wish they would do is to make the large meeple (from Inns & Cathedrals, which counts as two normal meeples) more visually distinctive somehow -- if I zoom out on a small screen, it can be hard to quickly distinguish from the normal meeples. I'd love to have something like a subtle "2" superimposed on the meeple image to make this more obvious!

Yes please - several times I have been completely unaware that someone had played their large meeple. Maybe a thick outline?
