He/She probably wants to know who locked the previous thread about the "GG" stuff (https://boardgamearena.com/forum/viewto ... =3&t=17009) , talk to him/her and ask him/her to lock the current one, as well (https://boardgamearena.com/forum/viewto ... =3&t=19968).

Personally... i don't see why you would do that, and not let people debate.
If you dislike a thread, you have the option to ignore it.

But if you still want to do that (get a forum thread closed because you don't like it), I think the ones who lock the threads are administrators, not moderators.
