HELP needed !! My email / Password

I can not remember how I joined BGA over a year ago. I think it was via Facebook.
The email used is an old email and BGA is now unable to communicate with me.
I am unable to change the email address associated with my account as I do not remember the password.
The password is not the Facebook password.
BGA's password reset email goes to the old email address which I am unable to access.
I am unable to communicate with BGA and ask they send me a password reset to my current, working email address.

Can anyone help me communicate with BGA tech support or have any thoughts on how to change my email address and reset my password?

If you are really attached to your old account, I think there is no other way than to contact BGA via the contact form, not sure if you will get help though: https://boardgamearena.com/support Otherwise simply create a new account?

Hi, I have the same issue. I was connecting to BGA via Facebook, and the email that is in the BGA system is not valid anymore (email account closed). I was writing a support mail to them and days later I received a red banner here on BGA that "We are unable to contact you via email, consider changing your email". But I cannot do that, so i'm trapped. I think we are in the same pool.
