A little help

I would need 4 new icons for the game (size 63x63):
- one for each weather (clear, poor and severe)
- one to replace the can used in the refueling phase
UPDATE: this last one must have transparency, supplied unit should be visible under it.

Lunalol, not sure what you are looking for in the fourth one - is it a smaller version of the 'can' that appears in the ports during the supply phase?

I can knock up a 63x63 version of that with transparency.
The ones above are transparent at the corners by the way.

I have forgotten to tell that round corner and shadow borders are generated by CSS, so no need to draw them
I want to put this icons in combat dialog box (instead of blue text).
