Try incognito mode.

It shouldn't login by itself if you log out, are you maybe using an account manager of some sort?

There is always the option to add a hot seat player as well. I am not sure how this works as I have never done it myself but know you can!

Hotseat is a premium feature. While it allows two players to play from the same computer, it does so by creating a temporary account for one, not by allowing two accounts to play from the same computer.

This thread appears to be attempting to find a way around the "cannot have two players from the same IP" restriction. This restriction is not in place to prevent cheating (as in many other gaming/gambling sites), but is a restriction of the game publishers. The thought is that if people who are physically together can play the game online, there is no reason for them to buy a physical copy of the game. The publishers only make money when a physical copy is bought, or through the premium membership funds that BGA provides them (which is why the restriction is lifted for premium members). If posts are made about how to break this restriction publishers may be less likely to allow their games for free on the site, making all games premium.

The tl;dr version -- this is attempting to break a rule that keeps the site running. Please don't post "solutions".

Hi - we do not play simultaneously and not against each other! (And yes, I'm premium, so that should not be an issue).
It's just that only me kept be logged in.... when using the same computer....

but the incognito saved it. thanks N_faker - should have thought about it myself.

Sorry for causing a cheating impression. I really was not sure if i should raise the question at all.
but it's only for: not to share one account for two people :x

I think another solution is to use two different browers (like one of you use Firefox and the other use Chrome or Edge).
