The "you may take notes" tooltip

I've noticed that every time you end a turn the "you may take notes!" tooltip appears in the upper right corner of the screen.
Fact is: it hovers just above your score, so if yhou want to have a look at the score you have to wait for it to disappear.

That's a very MINOR issue, yet with so much space it could easily be placed somewere else.

I think once you've actually used this function, the tooltip will go away. I could be wrong on that, but for me it doesn't keep popping up.

Actually i tried.
On windows 10 with Chrome it keeps popping up.

This has annoyed me for years. I think there was a suggestion in the bug tracker somewhere, but I can't find it now. I use the notes all the time, and it still pops up, and, as you say, it's in the second worst spot on the screen. Literally anywhere else, besides covering the 'go to next table' button, would be better.

Yep, it almost seems tactically placed.
