Why am I constantly seeing Bang notifications?

Why am I constantly seeing Bang notifications?

I was briefly a reviewer of Bang but now I'm not and I don't have the game listed in favourites - but for some reason I'm constantly seeing messages about people setting up games of Bang, why might this be? Is there a way to stop seeing them?

That's the group chat. You can leave the "Bang players" group if you don't want to see them anymore.

I've rejoined and re-left and it seems like that might have solved the issue.
