Go To Next Table doesn't respect new Arena rules

I noticed a small UX issue with the go to next table can sometimes put you on a table where you cannot play due to Arena rules saying "you must play on the table where it has been your turn for the longest time." I put in a suggestion in the tracker to change this behavior to be a slight bit more friendly.
