Unable to load BGA until after I loaded it in VPN first

Hey team, let me know if I should post this somewhere else, but I'm facing a very weird bug. Since a couple days ago, I noticed that BGA was unable to load at all. I couldn't go to any of the pages. I also tried on my phone and other people's phone on the same wifi and they didn't word. I thought it was an ISP issue, so today I went on a VPN and BGA worked great. I played one game of Splendor just to be sure. However, what's weird is that now I turned off the VPN and BGA website is loading fine (was able to play another game of Splendor without the VPN).

My phone and other computers on the same wifi still aren't able to load BGA. I also noticed that I'm unable to load BGA on incognito in the laptop that can load BGA normally, so I believe there may be some issues with caching and cookies on BGA. Any idea on how to tackle this issue?

Just to test the cache hypothesis, I cleared my cache images and files and I wasn't able to access BGA again. Once I went on VPN again, loaded the website, and loaded a couple of games (Splendor and Roll for the Galaxy), I was able to access BGA and play those two games again without VPN. However, I'm not able to load other games that I did not load prior in the VPN (the games becomes stuck at loading art). I'm fairly certain this issue is on BGA side. Any idea on how to resolve this?
