Is mass private msging allowed?

I'm making a Kingdom Builder discord server and I need to let people know it exists, the most effective way of doing this is by just private messaging them, is this allowed?

I don't think a tool exists to do this, maybe the best method would be to post the details of the server in the forum for Kingdom Builder forums and ask any interested players to mention it when they have games of it. That would likely ruffle few feathers than unsolicited messages

I wouldnt exagerate it.

However, did you know that there already is a large BGA server (almost 800 ppl), and which is kind of recognised as offical BGA discord server? This maybe as alternative to build up something small for just one game. At the least, there also are some KD players there, and even an active ladder/bosspile competition for this game.

I was planning on doing it by hand, I'll also post on the forum but only a small part of the players actually look there.

If it's really a big tournament, you could contact the admins ( https://boardgamearena.com/support ) to ask for a message in the big 'Kingdom builder' group where nobody can post on it except them.

But for those who read that, really try to not do that for basic things.

Group broadcast would work pretty well for spreading your message
