My membership was renewed without my consent

My credit card was charged without any official communication or confirmation from you. You clearly have stored my credit card information to do the automatic renewal and yet there is no way on the website that I can delete my credit card info. When I first paid for the membership last year I also did not opt in for auto renewal. I've sent you two emails to get a refund two weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything. Extremely terrible customer service and I will be deleting my account as soon as my dispute is completed.

Yes, there have been others that have stated similar issues. However, you might want to not use multiple accounts, as the one that you made this forum post with clearly states "Joined: 24 June 2021, 01:55", which does not allow for a membership being paid for last year.

Additionally, have you tried contacting your card issuer to resolve the dispute?
