I don't remember this game's name...

I forgot what was the name of a game but remember it's mechanics... You had 4 square triangles with colors on it, could move a number of squares according to triangles of your own color and had to do AT LEAST a jump per move... What was the name...

Ikr. But it's a 36 square tile grid with 1 hole left at start of game and some squares have same color multiple times, if that could help.
