Whoever runs BGA moderation email, please change

When you get moderated they don't even tell you why it is you have been moderated or what exactly you did wrong. There is no type of reference or anything to assess your so-called wrong doing. This is a bit disorganized, in my opinion. BGA should tell you the reason for moderation if you have been chat banned. Otherwise their is complete chaos as anyone can be moderated for any random thing.
For instance, I got chat banned for a day and BGA could not even give me a single reason why. I emailed them and they couldn't come up with anything.
I sent them a follow up email and still nothing. So what was the purpose of moderation? I would assume a purpose would be so the offense does not happen again but if there is no offense, then what is the actual purpose. Perhaps BGA should change the person in charge of responding to emails or put more than 1 person in charge if they cannot even respond to emails from continued supporters. To simply ignore genuine emails is very unprofessional.

I am new at the reporting thing, only 2 days ago I had to report a player for improper conduct during play.
On his page I can now see a link under reputation about his report, since I filed it. (BTW, moderator deemed him guilty)
I assume he will see it too, since he is involved?
Check your own profile page if you don't see a link under your Reputation, maybe it is there for you too?

Maybe the Community Manager they were hiring back in February/March can help out?

I also got moderated today but did not get a mail but instead a page displayed informing me about the moderation when I logged in to BGA.
This is the first time that this happened to me and I don't think the moderation is adequate. I was a little bit frustrated during a game with someone not too familiar with the game and said: "sometimes, it's really frustrating to play with beginners %/"
I admit that this comment was unnecessary and not helpful in any way but to declare this as an insult that is then worth moderating seems just not right for me. I wouldn't have minded when the reporting player had told me this directly in the chat where I could have apologized since it apparently looked insulting to him, but instead he just made a comment after the game was over and reported me. I would even call this denunciation (the reporting player was not the one that I supposedly "insulted")
This whole moderation process is very intransparent and my personal consequence (if this will not be taken back) is that I will stop using the chat completely although I had some nice conversations with strangers in the past.

To be honest, the whole moderation system they have here seems super sketchy and questionable. seems like you can just report any random thing and say you were insulted by it. What bother me the most is that if you ask them to explain they don't have an answer for you. Makes me feel like they just didnt really have a good reason and don't know how to defend their actions.
What happened to you is ridiculois. Saying that it's frustrating to play with beginners is not an insult at all. Shall people just not say anything at all?
