How to see which tournaments are restricted to better players?

How to see which tournaments are restricted to better players?

I've found a few that when I try to register I get a message like this:

Your category: Average players. This tournament is restricted to:Good players, Strong players, Experts, Masters

but looking around the tournament registration page I do not see ANYWHERE how it is restricted by rank...

If I knew this BEFORE I bother to click Register AND Confirm it would be great... :shock:
