On the main Games page, there are a bunch of games listed as "Prototype" that I think are carryovers from when they were in Alpha and they got mislabeled or something.
Specifically, these games are published games, not prototypes:
Splendor
Fleet
Homesteaders
Nanga Parbat
Con Sonar!
And these games are classic games, not prototypes:
Hand & Foot
Liverpool Rummy
And these games are self or web published, but don't seem to be prototypes anymore (as they have actual versions listed on BGG):
Mattock
Saint Poker
Marram
Detective Poker
Blooms
Finity
And finally, these games have been around for years and seem to be "web-published" but are considered unreleased on BGG, so maybe they're prototypes?:
