Most games won / ELO position

Is there anyway to see who has won the most of a certain game? I see the season's position/ranking ... can a list of ELO's be found or can we only see our own position? Just curious

On the game page where you're looking at this season's ranking, there's an option just to the top rgt of the ranking to switch to 'All time' which shows ELO rankings.
