make table with game expansions question

when i press play now? how do i set a table up to play using expansions or add ons ...im confused on how to do this?

Choose "Simple game" (not Arena or Tournaments) and "Manual" (not Automatic or Friends). Then you click "Create" and then choose your desired options on the left, before opening the table to other players.
