Can't connect with FileZilla

I followed the FTP instructions in my email but Filezilla doesn't seem to be able to connect.

Status: Connecting to studio.boardgamearena.com...
Response: fzSftp started, protocol_version=8
Command: open "[REDACTED]@studio.boardgamearena.com" 22
Error: Disconnected: No supported authentication methods available (server sent: publickey)
Error: Could not connect to server

Is there a step I'm missing?
