Board Game Arena

I created a studio account this morning to go through the tutorials and very quickly ran into a problem where I was unable to start a game. After running through the common problems and asking for advice on discord, I discovered that my account is unable to start any games on studio and always receives the same error message.
I am logged in as the dev account (name0) and pressing Express Start.

This will need an admin check of the error. Please write to studio@boardgamearena.com to request a check on your studio user account.

Just checking to see if you had any luck resolving this and if there were any steps you personally needed to take? I'm having the same issue and I sent an email late last night about it to the address listed above, but with the holiday upon us I'm thinking it might not be a great time for the admins- and yet I have tons of free time to jump in and work on a project this weekend!

This issue for recently registered studio users was linked to the recent database maintenance for the studio, and has been solved. You should be able to express start games now.
