Who are my neighbors in this electronic version for 4 and 5 players?

I believe it is the player above and below you in the list, i.e. the player who goes right before you and the player who goes right after you. Note that from your viewpoint, the player "above" you is likely the last player in your list, since it wraps around.

Board position of the starting outposts will also show you this. In 2 or 3 player games, everyone is automatically a neighbor. In 4 or 5 player, go around the clock and the neighbors are the outposts to either side of yours.
