BGA claims I pressed "play now!" and I didn't.

I tried to submit a bug, but because the bug is not related to a table number I couldn't get the form to submit.

Is anyone else receiving reports that they started a game and then didn't play when they hadn't started a game? I find this happens when I have boardgamearena open in one window on my browser and then I open a second window to read the news or check email or do something else. Yesterday, I double checked that "play now!" had not been selected on any game in the arena when I opened the second window. Yet, today when I first came to this website I got notice that my karma points were decreased again because I had started a game and not shown up for it. But, I hadn't started a game. Maybe someone could help me to get this listed in the "bugs" page?

Note: I've been playing on bga since around January 2020 and have never had problems with this before. It started when the display was changed to the new set-up.

I would suggest that in Arena - that when a game starts and the screen appears where it invites the players to select "accept" that if a player does not accept "accept" then that game does not start and no one gains or loses points or karma.
