Starting Occupation

I've played 3 games, and I've had the same starter occ each time. Coincidence or is it something in the game setup?

Just coincidence/weird luck. Depends a bit on your game settings too--if you keep playing with just "A" deck or something, the number of starting occupations is very limited in each deck. There aren't all that many, so it's not that crazy to get the same one. I'd have to pull the decks out again to count, but I think it's probably something like 10 starting occupations per deck.
