Donating gift points as prize

I got a quite good number of gift points because of translations and having a tutorial approved. I was wondering if there is a way to donate gift points to another player and if that would be allowed as a Tournament Prize (If I donate 100 that means the price is a month of premium)

Is that possible and allowed? Thanks
