Hi, I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum for this, but I'm not sure where else to post it...
I've been playing on BGA for the past 2 years without an issue, and 3 days ago, after a match, I tried to enter another but it said I was still at a table; apparently the last match got bugged or something.
I tried refreshing the page a few times, tried opening a table of my own, nothing worked; a couple minutes later, on a refresh, I get a page saying my IP was banned for violating the ToS.
I have absolutely no idea what I did wrong, the message says that a mail would be sent with details, but I didn't get anything...
Is there any way to get access to BGA back on my main connection, or at least know what I did that caused it? I really have no clue...
