Arena down?

A arena game of mine (Backgammon) did stop midway and I cannot enter it anymore. But it is still visible so I have not timed out, it seems.

Since I can still enter all my other non-Arena games I am interested if Arena games are down altogether now?

Same with our Papayo-game. We are stuck and cant get in to the game via the arrows.

Is there another way in again?
