Supply line and interface

Post by Gartch »

Hi everybody!

I'm currently playing a solo game with the poland scenario here:
https://boardgamearena.com/9/unconditio ... =234121857

and I don't understand how to trace supply line on BGA interface.
I can select a unit but then when I click on the map nothing happen, so I don't get how to select a supply line for a given unit.

Also when I shift+left click the unit don't disapear on screen, I 'don't know why.

If it's browser related I'm using chrome.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi !

At the Supply phase, you should be proposed an option “Supply all USS except convoys”, which you should use, it makes it really easy !

To trace a line by hand, you have to select a unit, then select either:
  • a valid supply source, i.e. a German city in your case ;
  • a port with a friendly convoy, then click “Use a convoy”, and repeat this operation.
The city or port must of course be reachable with a road or rail line (the BGA interface check this automatically and highlight available cities and ports).

As for schift+click, it’s a feature that allows you to see what is under units on the map.
Try also ctrl+click (and even more crazy, shift+ctrl+click  ).

So no bug for me it seems ;)

Thank you very much for your answer Own.

Ok I understand for the supply lines.

For the shift+click thing, it does not work for me. Is it with the left button of mouse? Do I have to click on units or any specific place on the screen?

You should click somewhere on the map board.
Try to maintain one or the other click while having shift pressed, as if you wanted to drag the map.

There are various walk through videos, mine on the Med scenario goes into detail on running manual supply https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x5QRSF9 ... vJqyAQJwwv. It is number 7 in that play list.
