Friend only tournament

I haven’t set up a tournament before and was wondering 2 things. Can you set it to friends only and can you invite none premium members to participate that are friends of the tournament creator?

Pretty sure you can create an invitation only tournament. And you need to be premium so start a tournament, that's all.
