What is the limit before getting banned?

At what point does a user like * get banned? Reputation is at zero, quits games constantly, runs out of time often, rarely finishes a game. Just look a their game history! At what point do mods agree that a user like that is not here with good intentions and should be permanently banned? Each offense individually isn’t bannable, but that’s a staggering number of offenses.

I don't know, but I agree on doing something, like moderated forever+unalowed to participate on new games until all cleared out or something similar.

There was a topic about this user made yesterday, but you couldn"t know because the mods edited his name. That's the only action i can see so far.

To Moderation: calling this person a PLAYER is very generous considering they DON’T PLAY. But I understand.
