Started playing this game recently and got into an arguement about character card Sarek. It reads discard a Starfleet Intervenes card to use his special powers but it does not specifically state whether or not it's a SI card displayed before you, already used or one you have hidden on hand.
What's the ruling here, too OP playing a SI card twice this way?
